Aubergine Chutney

Depth of flavour with this unusual combination. Adds a wonderful dimension to hot meats, sausages, chops and sliced meat.

Ingredients:
Aubergine, Vinegar, Sugar, Sultanas, Onion, Ginger, Onion Seeds, Chilli Flakes, Cinnamon, Salt
