It’s pickling time in the Green Kitchen, busy preparing the tradition and the chilli pickled onions


Sunday Breakfast

Roland made this great Sunday morning breakfast using our Aubergine Chutney. He put Tomatoes, Courgette, Mushrooms, Onions, Celery leaves and Aubergine Chutney in a large pan. When cooked through create four holes to poach an egg in each. Top with fresh Basil. Hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

Our new Mustard, we are using local brewery, Frog Island. Our blend of spices and Frog Island Best Bitter produce this new mustard.
